50th Anniversary Celebration Banquet
welcoming
Mayor Takashi Kawamura and the Nagoya Delegation
in celebration of
50 years of sister city relations
Friday, August 14, 2009 |
| In March 1959, Los Angeles and Nagoya became the first
of the current 24 active sister city relationships that Los Angeles
maintains. That relationship turned 50 this year, and LANSCA is
planning a dinner to welcome the new Mayor of Nagoya, Takashi Kawamura,
and other city officials who are traveling to Los Angeles to celebrate
the 50 years of sister city relations. You are cordially invited to
attend and join in the celebration. |
